Shipping

Product Availability. Products are subject to availability at time of order. Product lead times may fluctuate based on availability and are estimates only.

Online Shipping Estimates. Shipping estimates, where promoted online are based on a historical average. Actual shipping charges are calculated at time of checkout based on postal code and are subject to change.

In-Stock Orders. All In-Stock Orders placed before 12:00PM EST will be shipped same day by our select carrier partners.

Non-Stock Orders. Some Non-Stock items must meet manufacturer's minimum order quantity requirements at time of order, and may require a minimum of 10 business days to be directly shipped to your specified address. We’ll be happy to answer any questions regarding your products and duration of your shipment at info@herbertwilliams.com. All requests must include your Order number.

Delivery. Delivery is arranged through our network of select carrier partners, dock-to-dock or dock-to-door depending on the item and quantity purchased.

All orders have the option of adding additional requirements for shipping such as Tailgate Required, Appoint Required or Inside Delivery Required when completing an order at Checkout.

Rush Orders, Special Instructions beyond what is available and delivery requirements beyond Herbert Williams Fire Equipment Ltd.'s select carrier partners capabilities will be quoted and charged as Extra Freight at Herbert Williams Fire Equipment Ltd.'s discretion.

Shipping errors, missing items or damages must be reported to Herbert Williams Fire Equipment Ltd. within 1 business day of receipt of any shipment (damages must be accompanied by a signed bill of lading acknowledging the damage).

Exports. Herbert Williams Fire Equipment Ltd. offers products only for delivery and use within Canada. Herbert Williams Fire Equipment Ltd. is not responsible for any product sale intended for export.

Where products purchased from Herbert Williams Fire Equipment Ltd. are to be exported, the purchaser assumes sole responsibility for arranging the export of the products from Canada and their importation into other countries and shall at all times comply with all applicable laws in relation thereto, including but not limited to export control laws, rules and regulations of Canada.
