Includes two welded 20-inch steel wheels with 0.5-inch steel spokes and steel hub with dual ball bearings, and plated axle with clips and washers. Wheels are 20-inch FT X 1.5-inch with black powder-coated finish. Axle size is 28.75-inch FT X 0.625-inch.
