Gas Cylinder Process Stand

Justrite Manufacturing’s range of cylinder process stands store and stabilize up to eight cylinders, depending on the model. Constructed from corrosion and chemical resistant powder-coated steel, these units stand up well to hazardous conditions and have a long service life.

Heavy gauge plate steel provides structural integrity and soft vinyl padding reinforces edges and support cradle areas to protect bottles from dents and damage. Two heavy-duty polypropylene straps at the top and bottom of each unit keep the cylinders securely in place and are rated at 516 kg of force. The dual strap system cinches tight with steel buckles and holds individual bottles in place, with the option to add secondary support chains at each cylinder strap location.

Available in several configurations, you can store compressed gas cylinders in-line or back-to-back depending on your needs. This flexibility lets you maximize your storage space creating a footprint that works for your site. Pre-drilled holes in the cylinder process stand base allow for easy floor mounting and improved stability. Application-specific fasteners are not included with cylinder process stands and need to be purchased separately. Each cylinder process stand prevents accidental tipping situations and meets guidelines for OSHA, NFP1, NFPA 55, AND CGA.
