The CLEANGUARD+ CA14-NM fire extinguisher is designed for hazard areas that require a reliable MR Conditional fire extinguisher. The agent is proven to be electrically non-conductive (will not damage sensitive electrical equipment like computers), leaves no residue, requires no clean-up, and has good environmental qualities.
The UL/ULC approved fire extinguisher is a complete MR Conditional stainless steel shell, MR Conditional valve, hose and nozzle. The unit was tested by Shellock R&D Services, Inc. and shown to be MR Conditional to 7.0 tesla.
The extinguisher can be mounted within the MRI room.
