Returns & Warranties

Limited Warranty. Products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship only in accordance with the individual manufacturer's warranty policy. If Herbert Williams Fire Equipment Ltd. determines any product to be defective in workmanship or material, it will be repaired or replaced at Herbert Williams Fire Equipment Ltd.'s sole discretion.

Return Policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with an in-stock product purchased through herbertwilliams.com, you may return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery, for a full refund or exchange of the product you purchased. Within this time products must be returned freight prepaid, and must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number must be obtained from Herbert Williams Fire Equipment Ltd.'s Customer Service Department; Herbert Williams Fire Equipment Ltd. has the right to refuse any shipments not having this authorization.

Herbert Williams Fire Equipment Ltd. inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse refunds on damaged, used or non-resalable items. Returns may be subject to restocking fees based on the return policy of the manufacturer, as well as shipping or other fees.

Damaged Goods. All goods must inspected at time of receipt ant any damage must be reported within 24 hours to herbertwilliams.com Customer Service (sales@herbertwilliams.com).

Orders for products affected by force majeure such as viral outbreaks and other extreme circumstances CANNOT be returned once shipped and billed.
